Your home needs
more than one
cleaning method.
Mountain homes often combine cedar, stone, metal roofing, stained decks, and shaded areas with heavy organic growth. We choose the cleaning method for each material and take the time to protect the finishes, landscaping, and outdoor living areas around it.

What we clean
We clean each part of the exterior with the method it needs.
Roof soft washing
Asphalt shingle, metal, and tile. Low pressure and the correct mix, because the black streaking is a living organism and blasting it only removes the part you can see.
Siding and stone
Cedar, board and batten, fiber cement, stucco, and natural stone. Each one takes a different dilution and a different amount of dwell time.
Decks and porches
Cleaned at a pressure the wood can survive, so the grain doesn't fuzz and the boards aren't scarred before staining.
Drives, walks, and stone steps
Surface cleaned for an even finish. Mountain drives collect a lot of organic growth, and it comes back slower when it's treated rather than scraped.
Gutters and exterior faces
Cleared, flushed, and brightened, with photos of the runs so you know what condition the hangers and seams are in.
Glass and screens
Purified water and a water-fed pole for spot-free drying, including tall gable glass that would otherwise need a ladder against your siding.
On your property
How we treat the place while we’re there.
Your landscaping gets soaked first
Beds, lawns, and planters near the work are saturated with fresh water before we start, rinsed during, and rinsed again at the end. Water in the soil dilutes anything that reaches it.
We work around the house, not through it
Windows and doors get checked, outdoor furniture and grills get moved and put back, and nothing gets left running or draining where it shouldn't.
Steep and remote sites are normal here
We're based in Warne, North Carolina. Mountain drives, tall gables, and long approaches are the everyday version of this work for us, not an exception.
