How we work

We bring the equipment needed for the work.

We work from the ground

We use carbon-fiber poles, extension wands, water-fed poles for glass, and a gutter vacuum to handle much of the work from the ground. That is safer for the crew and means fewer ladders against the building.

Some rooflines still require a ladder. When they do, we discuss the access plan before the work begins rather than making that decision on the fly.

Hot water on every truck

Every Cloudburst trailer has a commercial hot-water system. If we find grease, gum, oil, or tire marks during the site review, the crew already has the equipment needed to handle it.

We typically work between 180 and 200 degrees on greasy surfaces. Heat helps the degreaser loosen the buildup so it can be collected and removed.

We list degreasing separately when a job requires the added cleaner, fuel, labor, or water recovery.

Water recovery when the job needs it

Wash water containing grease, soap, or other contaminants generally cannot enter a storm drain. We review the drainage before the work begins and include containment in the scope when it is required.

Our trailers carry berms, drain covers, a wet vacuum, and 100 gallons of recovery capacity. Dumpster pads, fuel islands, parking decks, and greasy flatwork near a storm drain are the kinds of areas that commonly need it.

Ground-based access. On-board heat. Recovery when the site requires it.

What shows up

Eight gallons a minute at 3,500 PSI.

Every rig in The Cloudburst fleet tows a dual-axle Hot Eagle trailer: eight gallons a minute at 3,500 PSI, a commercial stainless hot water system, a 100-gallon buffer tank, a 100-gallon chemical tank, 100 gallons of recovery capacity, and a full soft wash system with its own pump and mixer. The buffer tank keeps flow steady off the property's water source; it is not a day's water supply.

The process

Here is what happens from the first call through completion.

01

Send the scope.

Give us the address, surfaces, access constraints, and photos. For portfolios, send the site list.

02

We build the plan.

We confirm methods, equipment, containment, schedule, and price. Complex properties get a site walk before proposal.

03

We schedule around operations.

Night, early-morning, weekend, and phased work keeps tenants, customers, and traffic moving.

04

We execute and close out.

The crew works the approved scope, documents completion, and resolves exceptions before the job closes.

Where we work

Our crews cover four states. We manage work everywhere else.

Our crews work throughout Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. For properties elsewhere in the country, we arrange and manage insured contractors, provide the scope, and collect the completion photos.

How coverage works
  • Our own crews: Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee
  • Managed contractor coverage in the remaining states

Tell us what you would like cleaned.

Send the address and a few details. We will review the property and send you a written scope and price.

Tell us what needs cleaning

Send the address, scope, and a few photos. We can price most work remotely; larger commercial properties get a site walk before the proposal.
