Privacy Policy

When you submit the quote form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, property address, and job details you type into it. If you call or email us, we keep that correspondence. Our hosting and analytics providers also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages visited.

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a written scope and price, schedule and perform the work, invoice you, and follow up afterward. If you become a customer, we may contact you about scheduling recurring service. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

If your property is outside Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee, we share the address and scope with the insured contractor performing the work. We also use ordinary business service providers for website hosting, email, and payment processing. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

We take before-and-after photos of the work for documentation and quality control, and they are always sent to you. We may also use exterior photos of completed work in our marketing. If you would rather we didn't, tell us and we won't. We do not publish addresses, and we do not photograph interiors.

We keep quote requests and job records as long as we need them for service history, accounting, and tax purposes. If you want your information deleted, email marvin@thecloudburst.com and we will remove what we are not required to keep.
