We want this site to work for everyone who needs to hire us, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard, or a phone in bright sunlight on a job site.
What we've done
The site uses semantic HTML with a single heading structure per page, text alternatives for images, labeled form fields, visible focus outlines for keyboard navigation, and color combinations chosen for contrast rather than only for looks. It works without a mouse and reflows for small screens without horizontal scrolling.
Where we're aiming
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We haven't had a formal third-party audit, so we won't claim full conformance. If we find a gap, we fix it rather than document it.
