We believe good work
starts with good
communication.
The work itself matters, but so does everything around it. We confirm the schedule, explain the scope, call if something changes, and send photos when the job is done. You should always know who is coming, what they are doing, and what it will cost.
We run our own crews in Georgia, the Carolinas, and Tennessee. Everywhere else, we send managed, insured contractors who work from the same written scope and the same close-out standards.

How we operate
What it's like to work with us.
We write it down before we start
You get a clear scope—what we're cleaning, how we're cleaning it, when we'll be there, and what it costs—before anyone shows up. If something changes on site, we call you first.
You can reach a real person
When a lane is blocked or a tenant calls about a stain, you can call someone who knows your job and can make a decision.
Insurance and certificates first
We carry general liability and workers' compensation, and we send certificates of insurance to your office before the first visit. No scrambling for paperwork later.
We manage the work outside our four states
When work goes beyond Georgia, the Carolinas, and Tennessee, we use insured contractors we have vetted. We provide the scope, collect the close-out photos, and remain your point of contact.

Who runs the company
I spent twenty years working with banks and their vendors.
Before The Cloudburst, I spent more than twenty years in ATM and cash automation. I ran a $200M+ sales organization as EVP at Hyosung, held senior roles at Cash Depot and Cornelius Systems, and founded Cashology, where I still advise banks, ISOs, and manufacturers. I also wrote a book about it, CASH: A History of the Machines, Innovators & Infrastructure Behind America’s Money.
That work put me in branches across the country and in plenty of meetings with vendors. I saw how much the basic things matter: sending insurance documents on time, keeping the drive-thru open during banking hours, communicating with branch staff, and providing useful photos when the work is complete.
I also saw how quickly a small service problem could become extra work for a facilities manager. Missed schedules, vague invoices, and poor documentation are avoidable. We built our process to avoid them.
That experience shaped how we run The Cloudburst. We provide a written scope, schedule around the property, document the completed work, and give you one person to call. We work with many kinds of properties, and my banking background gives us useful experience with branches and multi-site programs.
